Heights Families, Remember, our second annual Veteran's Day Drive-Thru Parade is this Thursday, November 10, from 1:00-1:30 p.m. We hope you will help us spread the word about this event to your friends and family and especially those special veterans in your life. For the event, please allow your student to show their patriotic spirit by wearing Red, White & Blue. We can't wait to share this day with you as we honor those who have served our country.

Hello Heights Families, Today, your child is bringing home a Parent/Guardian Information Envelope, letting you know about a safe and easy way for our school to raise funds for essential tools our students and teachers need to succeed. The SchoolStore fundraiser is 100% online, so there is NO face-to-face selling, handling money, or delivering products. Your participation will take less than 12 minutes, and there are exciting prizes to make it fun for the students. Here is all you need to do to participate: 1. Our next Lunch & Learn Event will be happening on November 4. Hello, Heights Community! We are so excited about our annual Harvest at The Heights happening tomorrow, 4:00-6:00 PM! Don't forget that $3 Entry passes may be purchased on the day of the event at the school between 7:30 AM -2:30 PM and during the event. (Exact change, please.) Harvest at The Heights Entry Passes may be purchased at the front office between 7:30 AM - 2:30 PM on October 25. Passes may be purchased during the event beginning at 4:00 PM. Reminders: -Pumpkins should be based on a book character. -Be sure to include the book to accompany your pumpkin creation. -Don't carve or pierce your entry. -Refrain from using spray paint; it will disintegrate and ruin the pumpkin. There will be a guest panel of judges from our TASD Administration and area community partners. "The Best in The Patch" will be announced during our Friday morning Assembly. PENNY WARS UPDATE: So far, The Heights has raised $1,006.30 for The Tough Kookie Foundation. The class in the lead is 2nd Grade with 18,905 points! Keep collecting that spare change! The collection of monies will end on October 28.
